Student achievement is achievement of student learning. There are two factors of learning, both internal and external factors. They have an important role in student learning such as motivation to learn, intention to learn, and learning environment. Motivation to learn and intention to learn are internal factors that can encourage students in learning, whereas learning environment is an external factor that can support student learning. The aim of research is to determine the effect of motivation to learn, intention to learn, and learning environment on student achievement.

Design of research is descriptive correlation research. This research population is students of accountancy SMK Ardjuna 2 Malang year 2011/2012, and the students of class XI and XII as sample of research. This sample is taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is linear regression multiple.

The results showed that there was a partial effect of motivation to learn on student achievement of accountancy students SMK Ardjuna 2 Malang, intention to learn on student achievement of accountancy students SMK Ardjuna 2 Malang, and learning environment on student achievement of accountancy students SMK Ardjuna 2 Malang. Meanwhile, simultaneously, there was a influence of motivation to learn, intention to learn, learning environment on student achievement of accountancy students SMK Ardjuna 2 Malang.

Based on that, there is effect of motivation to learn, intention to learn, and learning environment on student achievement, either partially or simultaneously. The advice can be given is the student should improve motivation and intention in learning, and also all parties to be able to create a good learning environment, so that student achievement can be better
